Misleading Content Policy

We want users to trust our platform, so we strive to ensure the contents are clear and honest, and provide the information that users need to make informed decisions. We don’t allow contents or destinations that deceive users by excluding relevant product information or providing misleading information about products, services, or businesses. In order to provide a quality user experience, Flukyy requires that all contents, assets, and destinations meet high professional and editorial standards. We only allow contents that are clear, professional in appearance, and that lead users to content that is relevant, useful, and easy to interact with.

Below are some examples of what to avoid in your contents.

1- Unclear relevance

(i) Unacceptable practices

The following is not allowed:

Scamming users by concealing or misstating information about any event, activity, happening, business, product, or service.

content destinations that use “phishing” techniques to gather user information.

Sites that trick users into revealing their personal information.

Enticing users to part with money or information through a fictitious business activity that lacks the qualifications or capacity to provide the advertised products or services.

False promotion / advertising of products & services that could endanger a user’s health, life, or safety. Pretending to provide critical services that result in a delay to the user receiving treatment or medical help.

(ii) Coordinated deceptive practices

Misrepresenting your identity or other material details about yourself, where your content relates to politics, social issues, or matters of public concern.

Directing content about politics, social issues, or matters of public concern to users in a country other than your own, if you misrepresent or conceal your country of origin, or other material details about yourself.

(iii) Dishonest pricing practices

Promoting or advertising products or services as free when they are chargeable.

Failure to clearly and conspicuously disclose the payment model or full expense that a user will bear.

(iv) Unavailable offers

Promising products, services, or promotional offers that are unavailable or aren't easily found from the destination.

2- Misleading content

The following is not allowed:

(i) Misuse of features

Contents that include a game or contest that people play in order to win prizes or other compensation.

Contents that encourage people to win a game or contest or claim prizes by clicking fake links.

Contents that promise returns against investments.

Contents that runs a lottery business.

(ii) Misleading representation

Making misleading statements, obscuring, or omitting material information about your identity, affiliations, or qualifications.

Providing an inaccurate business name or business name that does not clearly represent the advertised business or disambiguates from similar businesses in user interactions.

(iii) Misleading ad design

Content that make it difficult for the user to understand they are interacting with.

(iv) Clickbait Ads

Contents that use clickbait tactics or sensationalist text or imagery to drive traffic.

Contents that use negative life events such as death, accidents, illness, arrests or bankruptcy to induce fear, guilt or other strong negative emotions to pressure the viewer to take immediate action.

(v) Manipulated media

Manipulating media to deceive, defraud, or mislead others.

(vi) Unreliable claims

Making inaccurate claims or claims that entice the user with an improbable result (even if this result is possible) as the likely outcome a user can expect.

(vii) Unclear relevance

Promotions that are not relevant to the destination.
